ABHES cordially invites you to join us for our 9th Annual Conference in our return to the Las Vegas city of lights.  As always, ABHES is dedicated to reaching new heights by striving to provide a program promoting health care education excellence!  You will not want to miss it. 

FEES

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Early Registration	by 10/21/2011	$450
Regular Registration	10/22/2011 - 1/14/2012	$550
Late/On-site Registration	1/15/2012 - 2/23/2012	$650

NOTE:  A $100 discount will be given to those who register for both the Accreditation Workshop and the Conference at once.  The discount cannot be provided to individuals who fail to register for both the Accreditation Workshop and the Conference at the same time.

CANCELLATIONS

If you register for the conference and cannot attend, you may either cancel or transfer your registration fee to another person.  In either case, please send written notice to ABHES via e-mail or postmarked no later than January 13, 2012.  A $50 processing fee will be retained for all cancellations.  Registration fees will not be refunded for registrations cancelled after January 12, 2012 

ACCREDITATION WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FEES

Regular Registration	by 12/21/2011	$650
Late/On-site Registration	1/21/2012 - 2/21/2012	$700

NOTE:  A $100 discount will be given to those who register for both the Accreditation Workshop and the PEP Workshop at once.  The discount cannot be provided to individuals who fail to register for both the Accreditation Workshop and the PEP Workshop at the same time.
