Annual Report
The 2009-2010 ABHES Annual Report will be completed and submitted online this year. In early September your institution will receive an email from ABHES with your institution’s log in and password to begin the submission process.
In addition to the Annual Report being completed and submitted online we will be requiring all institutions and programs to submit back-up documentation for reported outcomes (e.g., retention, credentialing/licensure, placement). The Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) recently amended a number of its policies and procedures, found in Chapters I and III of the Accreditation Manual, 15th Edition. The attached document shows those sections of the Accreditation Manual that changed, with the new language underlined and deleted language struck.
These amendments do not affect accreditation standards, therefore no comment is being solicited and the amendments are effective immediately.

ABHES continues to strive to provide a variety of breakout sessions at its conferences that focus on issues relevant to allied health educators.
