ACT College – Alexandria, Arlington and Manassas, Virginia ACT College with its campuses located in Alexandria, Arlington and Manassas, Virginia, ceased operations effective April 4, 2012. ABHES was advised by the United States Department of Education that ACT College was recently terminated from federal student aid participation. ABHES is working with the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) and United States Department of Education Federal Student Aid, School Participation Team - Philadelphia regarding this closure and potential teach-out arrangements for students.
