Christopher J. Eaton Memorial Scholarship

ABHES BULLETIN

As most of you are aware, in August 2013, the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) lost a long-standing and irreplaceable member of its family, Christopher (Chris) Eaton. The ABHES commissioners and staff believe there is no better way to honor Chris’ memory than to create a scholarship program in his name.  His dedication to quality and student success through his untiring work for ABHES over the past 18 years is testament to Chris’ spirit.

At ABHES’ annual conference in February, a luncheon was held celebrating Chris’ life and his many contributions to ABHES, its accredited institutions and programs and, most important, the thousands of students served during his tenure.  We were so happy to see so many at the luncheon to honor Chris and remember with joy his incredibly upbeat nature and how he so positively affected everyone he met!

While we will miss Chris forever, we know that you will contribute generously to the annual scholarship program which, we hope, will go on always and be a continued testament of what Chris meant to us all.

Attached is specific information regarding the scholarship program and how to make a donation. Thank you in advance!
