In order to receive the group rate of $199 a night with single or double occupancy, callers must make their reservation by Friday, May 10, 2013, and identify their affiliation with the APSCU 2013 Annual Convention. There is a LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS, so be sure to make plans early. A charge of $20.00 will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maximum of four guests per room (there will be no additional charge for children seventeen years of age and under when using existing bedding). Any adjustments to departure dates should be made at check-in. Thereafter, any changes will result in a one-time $50.00 administrative fee.

Airline reservations should be made to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. A taxi or airport shuttle should be obtained from the airport to the hotel. The one-way fare ranges from $30-$40. There is also a subway available for an estimated fee of $2 one way.
