To receive the group discount, completed registration forms must be submitted at once.
A 25% discount will be given to those who can provide proof of paid registration for the ABHES Accreditation Workshop being held on Wednesday, January 28, 2009. The workshop confirmation letter is provided directly from the Bureau and must accompany the completed conference registration form when submitting it to the Precision Meetings & Events, Inc.
The following tickets will only be available for purchase on-site by registered attendees
wishing to bring a guest to the following meal functions:
Exhibit Hall Reception - $60
Exhibit Hall Deluxe Breakfast - $50
Exhibit Hall Luncheon - $60
Due Date: All workshops requiring payment must be received no more than 30 days from the date of the workshop! If post marked of faxed after the 30-day deadline, an overall $50 late fee will be assessed for each person. If registering within 45 days of a workshop, you must contact the ABHES office to inquire about availability. Register early, as space is limited.
Refund and Transfer Policy: If you enroll and have paid the workshop registration fee but cannot attend a workshop, your registration may transfer to another person or you may cancel, in writing, for a full refund at least 14 business days prior to the workshop. Workshop fees can also be credited toward a future workshop. No refunds wil be made for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the workshop.
