Coverage and Fee: $150 per person green fees, box lunch, 18 holes, golf cart, scoring, cart signs, scoreboard & GPS system, transportation to and from the resort to the course, snacks, tax and gratuity. For more information on the course, please visit www.royallinksgolfclub.com.

Rental Equipment: Clubs featuring the latest in Callaway equipment and shoes by FootJoy will be available to rent by cash payment to the golf course at the time of play. Fee for such rental is not included in registration fee.

Foursome Requests: Names of those individuals you wish to be in your foursome (including yourself). We will attempt to accommodate as best we can:

Transportation: The shuttle will depart promptly from the Resort at 7:30 a.m. All golfers to meet in the hotel lobby by 7:15 a.m.

Prizes: As part of the fun, prizes will be awarded for the following: Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, CLosest to the Pin, Lowest Team score, and Highest Team Score.

Proper Attire / Rules and Regulations: Proper golf attire is required. Proper golf attire consists of a shirt with collar, slacks or Bermuda-length shorts, and shoes without a distinct heel.

Inclement Weather: The Club, in its sole discretion at any time, whether before or during the Event, delay or cancel the Event due to inclement weather. If the Club cancels the Event before it commences, due to inclement weather, participants will receive a refund.

If the Club Cancels the Event after it commences, due to inclement weather, the following will apply: If the players in the Event have completed six (6) or fewer holes, participants will be refunded 60% of the paid registration.

If the players in the Event have completed twelve (12) or more holes, no refund will be provided.

The management of the Club reserves the right to make the final decision regarding play if lightning or severe weather conditions are expected in the vicinity that may endanger the safety of the players or Golf Staff.
